Refund Policy

Last updated: 20 May 2026

We want you to be satisfied with PewPreview. This policy explains how refunds work for our digital credits and subscriptions.

1. Merchant of Record

Purchases made on the web are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates ("Paddle") as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Refunds for web purchases are issued through Paddle and are subject to both this policy and Paddle's buyer terms. Purchases made through a mobile app are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their refund policies.

2. What you're buying

PewPreview sells digital credits and software subscriptions. A credit is consumed when a preview is generated. Because credits deliver a digital service immediately on use, the rules below reflect the nature of digital goods.

3. Subscriptions

4. One-time credit packs

5. Service problems

If a charge failed to deliver the credits you paid for, or you were charged in error, contact us and we will make it right—by restoring the credits or issuing a refund through Paddle.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer law. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies (for example, the EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period), note that for digital content this right may end once you begin using the service with your consent, which occurs when you generate your first preview from a purchase.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first—most issues are resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending review.

8. How to request a refund

Email support@pewpreview.com with the email address used for the purchase and the approximate purchase date. For web purchases you may also use the receipt link from Paddle, which includes a self-service option to contact Paddle support.
